❓ FAQs:
1. Can I use fresh yeast instead of dry yeast?
Yes! Use 21 g fresh yeast and dissolve it in the lukewarm water before mixing.
2. Can I freeze the bread?
Absolutely! Slice it first and freeze it in portions. Just toast or thaw when needed.
3. Can I use wheat flour instead of spelt?
Yes, but spelt flour makes the bread softer and easier to digest. If using wheat, you may need slightly less water.
