• 4 tbsp sesame seeds

• 4 tbsp flaxseeds

• 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds

• 2 tsp salt

• 2 tsp bread spice mix

• ½ liter lukewarm water

• 2 tbsp honey

📝 Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. No kneading is required!

2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the dough. No resting time needed!

3. Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F), then place the bread inside and reduce the heatto 200°C (392°F).

4. Bake for 80 minutes.

5. Place a bowl of water in the oven to keep the bread moist and prevent drying out.

6. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
