💡 Tips for the Best Cherry Crumble Cake:

✔ Extra crunch? Add chopped almonds or walnuts to the streusel.

✔ Softer base? Let the cake cool completely before slicing.

✔ More flavor? Add a splash of almond extract or rum to the pudding.

✔ Storage: Stays fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

 FAQs:

1. Can I use fresh cherries instead of jarred?

Yes! Use 350–400 g pitted fresh cherries. If they’re sour, sprinkle them with a little sugar before adding them to the cake.

2. Can I make it in advance?

Absolutely! This cake tastes even better the next day as the flavors meld.

3. Can I freeze it?

Yes! Slice and freeze individually wrapped pieces for up to 3 months. Just let them thaw at room temperature before serving.
